Hybart House Museum & Cultural Center, Monroeville

One of Monroe County’s most distinctive residences, the Hybart House is a grand 1920s Mediterranean Spanish villa with columns made of stones from Limestone Creek. Colorful local attorney Charlie Hybart built the spacious house which became known for its lavish parties that drew dignitaries and politicians from all over the state. Today that tradition continues as the house is available to rent for weddings, receptions and parties.

Open for group tours and special events only.
